Stapylton, Australia Sniffers Group Full time

Sniffers Group, a Stapylton-based construction company, are seeking 2 x labourers / yard persons / entry level operators to be on site Monday to Friday (and some Saturday's as required). 1 x position based at Stapylton, 1 x position based at Luscombe (at our Earthfix site). The tasks required will be (including but not limited to):
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manual lifting yard materials
- Making concrete moulds as Agitators come in
- Machinery and truck wash down / cleaning as required
- Site cleaning where required
- Operating around ground crew and other machinery
- Radio communication via handheld UHF
- Use of power tools
- Front End Loader operations - experience preferred but we can train you
- Excavator operations - experience preferred but we can train you
- Forklift operations - experience preferred but we can train you
- Loading & unloading trucks - experience preferred but we can train you.

We are willing to provide all training and certification for equipment, as well as helping you attain your forklift and HR licence if you are keen and eager to learn and grow with us.

**We do need you to have the following though as a minimum**:

- Current drivers licence & reliable transport
- Construction white card
- Full PPE - steel cap boots, hi-vis long sleeve shirt, long pants, wide brim hat, hard hat, gloves (we will supply shirts and gloves)
- Previous experience working in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- Be reliable and punctual
- Able to do manual work with no physical restrictions
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Available to start immediately

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stapylton, QLD 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front End Loader: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 05/07/2023
