Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating compelling job advertisements, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and open positions.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and review resumes to identify top candidates.
  • Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including sending offer letters and contracts, arranging medical examinations, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Coordinate with project teams to tailor onboarding processes according to site requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
  • Provide support to new hires on their first day and conduct follow-ups after their first week.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or onboarding roles.
  • Familiarity with the construction and/or mining industries.
  • Understanding of payroll processes and employment contracts.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
