**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for ensuring that customer service standards are met alongside assisting in the dispatch and fulfillment of our orders.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Respond to assigned customer service enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and seek effective solutions for customer enquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Meet daily KPIs and ensure that all assigned customer queries are answered.
- Processing incoming online orders through our bespoke CRM software
- Picking and packing and preparing orders for dispatch alongside other team members
- Office maintenance, administrative and general upkeep;
- Executing and performing daily processes as set out by the operations supervisor efficiently.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS**:

- Previous Customer service experience
- Great communication skills and who is a customer service superstar

**YOU’LL NEED**:

- To provide us your resume with a cover letter telling us a short description about yourself and telling us what you are hoping to achieve and bring with you in working with Cupcake Central. (Please include your availabilities in your resume)

**Hours**: 28 - 32 hours a week with at least 4 days a week available.
Saturday availability is mandatory.

Normal hours of operation is between:

- 7:30am
- 3:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:00pm (Standard)
- 7:00am - 5:00pm (Peak periods)

*Must work in the office

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Footscray, VIC 3012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
