**Responsibilities will include**:

- Data entry
- Assist with WH&S issues as required.
- Maintaining and updating subcontractor, supplier, and consultant database and WH&S documents;
- Updating employee inductions
- General office administrative duties.
- Going to site to take photos and measurements.
- Obtaining Quotes.

**About You**:

- Strong administration background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel
- Be highly organised and proactive

This position is part-time with the opportunity of moving to full-time for the right applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
