**Your new company**

Do you have receptionist or front of house experience? Are you looking to utilise your skills within a casual and adhoc role to fit in with your lifestyle?

We are working with a well-regarded Federal Government Department, who are looking to hire a casual receptionist and administrator. This role will be on a casual adhoc basis, to cover staff on leave across their three sites based in Everleigh, Lindfield and Marsfield.

**Your new role**

Join an Australian Federal Government Department which is dedicated to scientific research. You will be joining the Business and Infrastructure Services unit (CBIS), reporting to the Admin Coordinator and on-site Facilities Manager.

This is a very rewarding organisation with supportive and friendly staff. Training will be provided and there may be future opportunities for a more regular or ongoing role.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist or similar role
- Highly professional, in manner and presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Knowledge in office management procedure
- Excellent customer service skills
