THE ROLE


As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Receptionist projects a professional image of Amana Living whilst providing a welcoming and helpful reception and information service for visitors, tenants and staff.

This role is offered on a casual basis, initially covering a period of annual leave from 21/12/23 to 05/01/24 inclusive, and then on an adhoc basis across multiple areas of head office as needs arise.


_ Key responsibilities_

  • Greet visitors, tenants, contractors and staff in a highvolume environment
  • Manage visitor book, provide and collect the return of visitor passes
  • Provide presence to improve the building's profile and security within and around the building grounds
  • Assist with building access and car park facilities management
  • Answer and redirect incoming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure that conference, meeting room and staff rooms are prepared and maintained in good order for intended use
  • Assist with archiving and filing according to record management processes
  • Take stock, order and distribute office supplies and organise printer maintenance

ABOUT YOU

_ Essential Criteria_

  • Demonstrated experience managing front desk reception operations
  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 6 months validity)
  • Vaccination certificate for COVID and flu immunisations
  • Successful completion of premedical form and reference checks
