Reporting and working closely with the Principal of the firm you'll have the opportunity to be part of a solid and amazing team while being appreciated and rewarded for your positive contribution.

This is what your **exciting day will look like**
- Attend client meetings and assist in developing the advice from strategy and scoped advice established by the principal adviser, assist with research and develop compliant SOA’s ( in accordance with licensee standards ).
- Analyze existing client base ( Tax ) and develop strategies with 6 Snr. Tax Accountants in the practice to progress advice across Wealth Management, Insurance and Retirement / Estate needs.
- Progress analysis of products, fund managers and general research to develop effective strategies and discuss with the senior team for consideration across a broad range of individual and business clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of licensee standards and assist support staff with requirements on an ongoing basis, including Fixed Term Advice Agreements, Records of Advice and related advice documents.
- Support Principal / staff in maintaining compliance standards across the practice, particularly with system design.

We are seeking an **experienced Financial Adviser **or **Paraplanner or Support** eager to take the **next step** with qualifications and experience of
- Min Graduate Diploma or Masters in Financial Planning ( Meet FASEA requirements ).
- Min 5 Years experience in similar role.
- Proven track record of exceptional client engagement.
- Sound compliance and quality standard to date

Remuneration from $110K + super and is negotiable.
