We are working on behalf of a respected client located in **SURRY HILLS SYDNEY**, committed to driving positive change in the field of disability support.
**About the Role**:

- Provide comprehensive business administration support, leveraging expertise across various activities including systems management, workload coordination, financial oversight, and change management.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to deliver large-scale IT change projects, contributing to the enhancement of critical operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to effective program management processes and methodologies, facilitating seamless end-to-end reporting.
- Offer accurate and specialised advice, aligning with relevant legislation, PMO guidelines, and policy frameworks to support program delivery.
- Assess and uphold quality processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation and policy while utilising change and risk management principles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, fostering efficiency initiatives through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Engage with stakeholders and business areas across the agency, preparing project dashboards and reports to facilitate transparent communication and decision-making.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience in projects, PMO, or business administration roles.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
