***The Role**

The APS6 ICT Workforce Co-ordinator position is a team leadership position within the team and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve complex recruitment issues and risks across a range of activities. The position provides leadership, advice, and support in relation to ICT workforce co-ordination, recruiting, and supporting senior stakeholders on their workforce plan and reporting.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Identifying and prioritising business demands through co-ordinating, monitoring, and collating data for workforce planning.
- Overseeing compliance related activities using relevant legislation, policy frameworks and procedures.
- Resolving problems using knowledge and experience and taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action.
- Providing advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specific areas of APS recruitment and Labour Hire Worker procurement.
- Supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Providing support to team members and peers to complete activities in peak periods and or periods of (un)scheduled leave.
- Additional duties as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Director.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake complex recruitment advice and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of legislative, financial, recruitment and administrative frameworks and
- Government decision making processes.
- Demonstrated experience in the ability to provide high level advice on a range on complex
- Operational, procedural, administration, and business management activities.
