**Job Title: Solar Sales Representative**

**Position Overview**:
As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar products and services to prospective customers. This role involves educating clients on the benefits of solar energy, conducting site evaluations, preparing proposals, and guiding customers through the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct initial consultations and site assessments to determine solar feasibility.
- Design customized solar energy solutions based on customer needs and site conditions.
- Prepare and present accurate and compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while achieving sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: $42,760.00 - $173,957.99 per year
