- Empower and upskill Hiring Managers in best-practice recruitment techniques.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of two direct reports while making a meaningful impact on our organisational growth.

You are a seasoned professional with:

- Extensive recruitment expertise and a proven knack for identifying and engaging exceptional talent.
- Technical knowledge of HR systems (experience with Chris21/ichris & ER21 is a plus) and the ability to implement creative solutions for sourcing challenges.
- A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
