This well-known organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain the Salesforce platform.

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive all Salesforce administrative functions for user account and profile management
- Support the team in ensuring validity and reliability of data in Salesforce and related systems
- Build reports and dashboards, workflows and other day to day system administration tasks
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, build and communicate key insights and offer recommendations for future improvements
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, workflows and groups

**Key experience and skills required**
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a Salesforce CRM Administration/support/configuration ro
- Strong understanding of Service cloud
- High level of experience with Automation Workflows, Visual Flows and Process Builder
- Ability to build/add custom objects, formula fields, triggers, custom views, reports and dashboards, using Lightning
- Experience with Agile working methodologies
