**About the Role**
Join our team as a Data Analyst and be a pivotal player in our Planning and Performance unit. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our faculty's strategic direction, driving impactful projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with a dynamic team, delivering transformative benefits through your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving. From monitoring performance metrics to influencing strategic decisions, you'll find a unique blend of challenges and opportunities that will propel your professional growth. This role isn't just about numbers; it's about making a tangible impact on higher education nationally and internationally.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyse and assess key faculty operational data, including the establishment and maintenance of school and faculty dashboards to support load planning, workforce planning, and operational performance.
- Build and maintain future forecast planning models using available resources and assumptions.
- Provide data and basic analyses to support performance framework and business planning using analytical and data visualisation tools.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You are a proactive communicator, adept at translating complex analyses into concise insights through various tools. You thrive independently and within teams, driving towards shared organisational achievements.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent mix of education and significant relevant experience.
- A demonstrated competency in data analysis, data visualisation, business intelligence tools and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of benchmarking analysis and the ability to report on a performance framework.
