**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Preparing monthly reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Consolidation of all Oceania results into dashboard for AU, NZ, & NC, highlighting variance with budget and trends.
- Preparing monthly and annual journals.
- Monitoring daily cash activity and circulate daily cash report.
- Submission of all our monthly results reporting packages for AU and NZ.
- Preparation, validation, and submission of our cash situation
- Coordination of all our quarterly results reporting packages submission for AU and NZ
- Consolidation into quarterly Oceania dashboard to include balance sheet indicators for all 3 countries
- Coordination of the Group budget revisions
- Submission of all our budget packages for B1 - B2 & 3Year Plan for AU and NZ
- Assist with internal control campaigns and Annual risk assessments
- Other duties as required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles.
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
