**The Company**

Our client has positioned themselves as a leading organisation in their field with a strong presence in Australia, backed by the support of a large overseas listed group. They are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Their NSW offices are located Western Sydney, have onsite parking available as well as reasonable public transport links close by. This crucial position will offer great opportunities to develop your skills in a corporate environment that promotes working collaboratively, and driving change to improve customer experience.

**The Role**

Reporting to an experienced and commercially minded FP&A Manager, this role is varied, hands on and gives you exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities; some duties would include:

- Preparation and communication of financial performance of the business unit
- Analysis of daily, weekly, monthly financial and operational KPI’s
- Partner with operations, general managers, and commercial to ensure targets are met
- Advocate process improvement and implementation of group processes
- Review major costs and advise potential areas of improvement
- Preparation, development, and presentation of monthly reporting packs
- Liaise with the group finance team as require
- Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts for your business unit
- Completion of month end for your business unit
- Assist with audits as required.
- Ad hoc assistance with special projects and process improvements

You are an energetic and resourceful individual looking for broad role where you can add value and make a difference. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and pride yourself on taking ownership of your work. Your strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy, coupled with your ability to work autonomously will see you succeed in this position. In terms of prior experience and qualifications you will ideally possess:

- Strong Microsoft EXCEL skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting or similar
- Relevant experience in an analyst or accountant position partnering with operations
- Previous ERP exposure
