**Job description**:
Our client, a leader in their field is currently seeking experienced Accounts Officer to join its Mitcham team.

Join an organisation that prides themselves on delivering a positive experience for all of their customers Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is an integral part of the finance team. As Accounts Officer you will provide support to the finance team in managing all aspects of Trust Accounting for the Group’s Trust Accounts. In addition, but not limited to you will provide Accounts payable and receivable.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Record receipts from customers and disburse funds to clients daily across the groups Trust Accounts.
- Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Liaise with external auditor in the completion of quarterly audits.
- Enter transactional details into the groups CRM platforms.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide transaction updates.
- Support CRM development and process integration.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable support.
- Preparing and finalizing invoices as well as monitoring and reporting on billing.
- Maintaining client account information in our management systems, and reconciling client accounts.
- Report any information security incident or issue at work to the CFO.
- Stakeholder Engagement.Assist in new process implementation as required.
- Cross function and process support with other members of the finance team.

**Your Skills**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in Accounts
- Strong commitment to ethical business practices and good corporate governance.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficient data entry skills gained in fast paced work environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively and prioritize a range of tasks and duties.

**This is a Hybrid working model.**
