Working with the Individual Giving Manager, you get to develop and implement ActionAid Australia’s Gifts-in-Wills and Mid-value fundraising strategy, building on previous success and maximise engagement using a multi
- channel approach including direct mail, digital (social media, EDMs), surveys, personal contact (visits/phone) and events.

This is a unique opportunity to further develop your fundraising experience, take the lead of their program and work with talented and highly experienced fundraising professionals for this much-loved charity, putting your passion for women’s right into action and making a real impact.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with Individual Giving Manager, lead the development and implementation of their Gifts-in-Wills program across multiple channels.
- Work with Individual Giving Manager to develop Gifts-in-Wills program materials across channels (Direct Mail and digital)
- Work with Data Analyst, develop reports to assess performance of program, identifying improvements.
- Develop engagement activities through events, visits, calls, meetings, and other correspondence.
- Develop Middle Donor strategy and relationship manage these donors.
- Ensure effective management of Gifts-In-Wills budget.
- Ensure systems are in place, prepare relevant reports, main pipeline and moves management system.
- Work with internal team to deliver the program.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Passion for women’s rights and gender equality
- Proven experience (2-4 years) working in fundraising (Gifts-in-Wills, Individual Giving, Mid-value, Major Gifts all considered)
- Ideally an understanding of the Australian fundraising context with respect to Gift-in-Wills giving.
- Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to listen and communicate with sensitivity and tact, and work with confidentiality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively in a cross cultural and international environment with zero tolerance for racism.
