**The client**
Our client is a boutique consultancy firm that provides technology, independent business and management consulting services. They are seeking an **Accounts** **Administrator** for their **Perth CBD** location. This role is a 12-month employment cover contract to cover maternity leave operating in a part-time, 20 hours per week capacity. It is anticipated that the position will commence at the beginning of October.

**The role**
As an accounts administrator, you will be supporting the Director and Operations Manager. Utilising your excellent attention to detail and data entry skills, you will complete weekly reviews of billable hours via Excel, ensuring all times and coding are correct.

Your main responsibilities will include reviewing weekly Excel timesheets; generating automatic Excel analysis, creating invoices via Word and processing client accounts in MYOB. You will prepare reports for Government departments in accordance with Contractual Usage Arrangements (CUAs) every quarter.

In addition, you will handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks including office stationery orders, processing automated backups, managing deliveries, and maintaining the subscription renewals register. With your outstanding organisational abilities, you may also provide occasional personal assistant support to the Director.

You will have excellent prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
