**The Organisation**
Established over 20 years ago, my client is specialising in providing building service solutions to commercial clients. With an outstanding reputation for delivering seamless, high-quality building solutions this organisation has seen their client base continue to grow working closely national commercial brands.
**The Role**
As a result of their continued growth the organisation is looking for an administration Guru to support their leadership team as the Office All-Rounder. This personal will oversee all Office operations including; Office Administration, Invoice and Accounts Management. This position is ideal for someone that wants to continue to diversify their skill-set whilst making a tangible impact to the organisation's operating style.
Recently opening the service division within the organisation the team are looking for a professional that is looking to support the growth of the business on a national-scale and in-hand develop their own career and exposure
**What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?**
Involved in all operational elements of the business the role will be responsible for overseeing all of the organisation's administration tasks. Being a smaller, more intimate team, the directors and wider team are all very hands on to ensure the best outcomes for their clients.
The key elements of the role will include:
- Supporting Directors with all administration duties
- Processing invoices
- HR Coordination
- Client liaison; communicating with clients
- Managing internal systems (Xero, EWorks)
- Maintaining Construction certificates and insurance documentation
- Scheduling meetings
Naturally there will be adhoc administration duties and during periods the team may require additional support in other areas of the business. This is why they are looking for a professional that can really roll their sleeves up and is excited to take full ownership of the position.
