**The role and what we are looking for**

The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for customers contacting or visiting the organisation, this position is responsible for greeting customers entering the office. Of primary importance within this role is a high level of customer service and diligence to ensure all incoming calls and visitors are dealt with professionally and promptly.

This position would suit someone with an administration skill set looking to take their career to the next level. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or administration officer in a medium to large business or experience in a similar role is desired. This role is offered on a part-time job share arrangement two or three days per week.
