**What's on offer?**:
As a Product Release Coordinator you will work across all new house types, facades, design options and retail products to ensure they are released on time.

You can expect to be involved in reviewing pricing, plans, marketing collateral, showroom updates and upgrades to ensure all upgrades and products are released in full meeting business directives and requirements.

This is a 12 month parental leave contract.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage and coordinate workflows
- Coordinate market release of new homes, facades, design options and retail products
- Consult with the business regarding product improvements
- Generate monthly reports on product selections
- Maintain online selection tools
- Update marketing collateral with improvements, new releases, or discontinued items

**What can you bring?**:
Your experience with residential building products and understanding of the home selection process will ensure your success in this role.

You will also have:

- Passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment to multiple and conflicting deadlines
- Relentless when faced with challenges
- A curious mind and willingness to continuously develop
- Excellent listening and collaborative stakeholder management skills
- An eye for detail when producing documentation
