**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The **Salesforce CRM Manager** at Scape Group is a pivotal member of the Technology Team, helping our business stakeholders to take advantage of the Salesforce platform by designing new capabilities and continuously improving existing ones, i.e.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, from executive management to front-line teams and residents to identify opportunities to improve their digital experiences.
- Drive our Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales, Service and Marketing (incl. Integrations).
- Execute our roadmap with internal resources and partners for major capabilities.
- Monitor and drive user adoption (including training).
- Oversee technical documentation (with support from a BA).
- Oversee system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer (with support from a BA).
- Oversee all aspects of user support including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules (with help from our service desk team).
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
We are seeking a motivated individual, with big ideas and drive to action. Hands-on experience across the Core Salesforce platforms (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, ideally MarketingCloud) as an admin combined with product owner mindset would differentiate your profile. A background in high-growth companies where everyone wears a few different hats would be another bonus point.
