**Core Duties**:

- **Guide Clients**: Help clients understand our service and choose the right insurance.
- **Match Needs**: Find insurance plans that fit clients needs and budget.
- **Ask Questions**: Utilize inquiries to uncover clients' preferences and offer optimal choices.
- **Build Rapport**: Connect with clients for a great experience.
- **Stay Motivated**: Maintain enthusiasm and resilience while making calls.
- **Understand Wishes**: Grasp clients' desires through effective questioning.
- **Present Options**: Clearly explain suitable products for confident decisions.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous sales or call centre experience is desirable, but not essential
- Previous insurance sales or similar experience are a plus, especially Health Insurance
- Passion and collaboration as a great team player.
- Commitment to surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
