- We are looking for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team and take on the role of Customer Experience Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract for this exciting recently developed property in the heart of Tech Central. You will be accountable for all aspects of this business centre to ensure the best customer experienceYou will be responsible for creating an engaging and welcoming environment for all customers and the community by facilitating customer and community brand, communications, and event activity across the Sydney tech precinct. This will be done by supporting the implementation of the customer experience strategy for our key client.**The Opportunity**:

- Support the implementation of the customer experience strategy for the client portfolio
- Engage with the neighborhood community of tech start -ups and scale-ups to market unique spaces.
- Deliver on CBRE’s commitment to providing first class services to the customer
- Ensure that we deliver a bespoke guest experience across every aspect of the customer journey
- Engage and collaborate with developers, designers and external agencies for various events, programs and partnerships
- Encourage the team to support a customer centric approach to management of the account.
- You will be the curator of place and customer experience through the execution of a series of events and customer engagement activities throughout the year. Nurture a sense of community to ensure all services, branding, marketing and presentation of the property is kept within premium grade standards**Our ideal person**:

- Impeccable standards of professionalism and a commitment to guest service
- Marketing, Brand and Communications experience is ideal
- Events Management and Social Media experience is an advantage
- The ability to build robust working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders and cross functional partners
- The capacity to work autonomously to deliver results, and work across multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to solve problems in a creative manner.
