**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Culture and Experience Execution, your role is bring our Customer Value Proposition to life through our service delivery and to drive customer centricity across the Enterprise and support the overall Customer Culture and Experience Execution Program.
**Other key aspects of the role**:
- Support the development of the strategy to bring our Customer Value Proposition to life through the service experiences we deliver
- Monitor the delivery of the way we are delivering our Customer Value Proposition to life, ensuring we are delivering a consistent and memorable customer experience in line with our strategy
- Support and lead the development of initiatives to address any shortfalls in our performance
- Create immersive experiences that highlight reflect the experiences of our customers
- Review available sources of insight, including Voice of Customer and Complaints insights to identify opportunities to improve the service experiences we provide
- Support the Customer Experience Journey Management team by identifying opportunities for them to drive uplift in the customer experience through our improvements to our customer journeys - process or otherwise.
- Partner with the Customer Experience Journey Management Team and to support the development of initiatives that address breaks in our service delivery.
- Support the development of the monthly Customer Story program
