School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

**About the role**

Within this role you will play a key role in the development and delivery of the Continuous Improvement program which aims to improve public education.

You will be responsible for:

- Preparing communications in collaboration with key Stakeholders to share outcomes and areas of change.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and maintain Continuous Improvement plans.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of data, tools and processes to add more value across the program
- Supporting the development of improvement initiatives using a range of methods

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a Project Management based role.
- Ability to undertake research, collate data and interpret information to identify what works and areas of improvement.
- Advanced communication skills in organising briefings, collaborations with stakeholders and share accurate and up to date findings.
- Ability work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant disciple and/pr equivalent experience
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
