Join our friendly team of allied health professionals (physiotherapists, dietitics, sports doctors and orthopaedic specialists) who are committed to providing our patients with the best care possible.

We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist to work part time, one day a week, starting as soon as possible and to also cover annual leave from August 9th until September 16th.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable receptionist, who will be liaising with patients and all practitioners/specialists in the practice.

Knowledge in any of the following software packages
- C2C, Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal or Specialist Practice Manager would be preferred, but is not essential as training will be provided.

**Your duties are**:

- opening up the practice/setting up and closing at the end of the day
- greeting & welcoming patients in a courteous manner
- scanning, faxing and managing patient correspondence
- multitasking/priorotising and attention to detail when data entering is required
- taking payments and processing Medicare claims or Private health fund claims.
- ordering linen/stock for the clinic
- maintaining a tidy environment for patients and physiotherapists
- to be able to cover annual or sick leave

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.08 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
