**About the role**:
Join a heritage brand with a bright future as an Account Manager for Flextool, in this role you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy & financial performance of a customer portfolio comprising of resellers & hire companies in the Melbourne, West Victorian and Tasmanian region. Your customer portfolio will include market leading brands such as Kennards Hire, Coates Hire, Sydney Tools and many more. You will be well supported to help you and your customers deliver results. This role is based in Melbourne VIC with some Regional & TAS travel required.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating proposals
- Facilitate hands on training sessions as well as supporting a formal training offering
- Attend trade shows and industry events to positively and proactively represent Flextool Products
- Delivering budgets and targets that support the Flextool sales strategy and reflect regional needs and activities
- Respond to and follow-up on sales leads
- Continuously look for opportunities to expand clients base

**Skills & Experience**
- Account Management, Territory Management or Business Development
- Solid B2B or B2C sales experience, including cold calling and new client generation
- Strong verbal and written business acumen with a strategic focus
- Delivering business presentations to a range of stakeholders
