As the ANZ Supply Chain Manager, the primary purpose is to support the regional Demand and Supply functions, ensuring efficient operations across supply chain planning, inventory control, warehousing operations and local logistics. This role will collaborate with regional teams to monitor established processes for compliance and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic development of the Regional Planning function, partnering with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and implement productivity initiatives to optimise supply and demand across the ANZ Region. Support regional S&OP within the SRM space.
- Provide process leadership in the supply chain space by challenging the status quo, promoting and developing a culture centred on best practice across Demand, Supply & Replenishment processes
- Take ownership of local supplier relationships including 3PL providers and local transport companies across the ANZ region
- Ensure Inventory control functions within the ANZ region result in the highest possible levels of inventory accuracy and are adopted both within the business and within our external suppliers
- Monitor & measure Demand, Supply, Cost and Working Capital (Inventory) KPI’s
- Identify planning opportunities across the regions to foster continuous improvement. Utilize LEAN skills and automation experience to drive scale & sustainability in planning processes. Support cost to serve efficiency initiatives to deliver on Global Supply Chain KPI's

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain management
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Drive and initiative to deliver on set goals and functions
- A complete understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes and associated cost drivers
- Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity and appropriate problem-solving skills.
- Ability to fluently manage ongoing change and engage all stakeholders
- Resilient & promotes a high-performance culture, challenges the status quo for supply chain processes
- Utilizes benchmark KPI data for continuous improvement
- Collaborative & engaging across the organization and with peers
- Highly developed LEAN, automation & technology skills
- Champion Coates as a quality & innovative organization
- Educates stakeholders on best practice supply chain processes
- Extracts the best from a small high performing team, encourages learning & team building
