**Role Summary**:
The Manager, Customer Training is a newly created opportunity in our Residential and Customer Operations team based at our Perth CBD office.
The purpose of the role is to partner with Synergy’s Learning Academy in leading a customer focussed team of learning professionals and external partners in the planning, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and review of Synergy’s Customer business unit development framework. This role will have a specific focus on programs that underpin the delivery of customer outcomes consistent with Synergy’s strategy.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals and oversee the research and identification and mapping of current and future capability requirements within Customer.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and execution of learning solutions that enhance performance, minimise organisational risk and lift the capability of the people across Customer - ensuring the right modality is utilised in consultation with key stakeholders and end-users
- Analysis, design, curriculum, development, delivery and evaluation methodology of Customer portfolio’s learning strategy and programs, aligning with Synergy’s Learning Academy, to drive Customer unit outcomes and Customer employee needs.
- Develop and embed a strong learning and development framework that will guide a team in the provision of consistent and value-adding outcomes for Customer training needs.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Extensive experience in the use of contemporary learning, content management systems and content authoring tools
- Experience in leading a small team of learning professionals
- Experience in the preparation and management of budgets.
- Experience in the end-to-end project management of learning product lifecycle from training needs analysis, to design, development, delivery, assessment, evaluation (validation), review and implementation of continuous improvement
