**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Director Customer and Business Performance is looking for a Personal Assistant to support them in leading the recently formed Customer and Business Performance Directorate at LCC. The role will also be backup support for other administrative functions across the organisation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive and innovative. You will need to be flexible and agile and able to work effectively in a constantly moving and changing environment. You will have experience in supporting senior level managers and value adding to a role and the team that you work within. You won’t be afraid to take on new opportunities and be constantly looking for opportunities to improve how the Directorate operates.

You will be Values led and be driven by delivering results in a collaborative manner.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who demonstrates the following experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.

**Experience**
- Personal Assistant and/or Executive Assistant experience at a senior management level
- Demonstrated ability working independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management/diary management experience
- Demonstrated experience in high level of confidentiality and loyalty
- Demonstrated experience corporate accounts and reconciliation

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety practices, the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity, ethical
- practice and multi-cultural diversity
- Advanced experience in Computer packages, inclusive but not limited to; word processing, outlook, power
- point, databases and document management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of Council.
- Exposure in Improving policies and procedures

**Qualifications/Licences**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience (approximately 3 years at this level)
- Current Class C Drivers Licence

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
