TalentWeb are delighted to exclusively partner with a global award-winning chain of hotels and restaurants in their search for a Group Digital Marketing Manager to join their cohesive and collaborative team in Sydney. **The role.**
You will be responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for brand. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of the business and drive growth opportunities. It's a great opportunity for someone who has a strategic mindset and prides themselves to be a doer. The role reports to the Group Director of Marketing and has two direct reports.
- You will manage the digital team to set strategies on how the brand(s) are communicated and experienced through digital interactions.
- Work closely with Digital team and agency to ensure SEO/SEM/PPC supports and drives online sales targets.
- Ensure all online output is consistent and aligned with overall brand and content guidelines.
- Play a lead role on projects involving platform, website, revenue streams and online customer experience.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Development of CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and assist in driving both brand awareness and revenue
- Mentor the development and growth of your team

- A well-rounded digital marketer, with a track record in holistic strategy development and team management.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including managing team budget
- End to end experience delivering multiple projects within the digital space
