**The Opportunity**

Macquarie Cloud Services (MCS) is looking for an energetic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team during an exciting period of growth and market acceleration. The primary responsibility of this role is to take the lead in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on growth targets and lead generation.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead website development and management with a focus on user experience and lead conversion.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing leads from each business unit.
- Manage and drive continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack including management of CRM, (Salesforce) Marketing Automation (Pardot), CMS (WordPress), and associated integrations.
- Manage and initiate Test &Learn alternatives and initiatives to constantly improve our digital performance.
- Drive digital reporting.

**Your essential skills & experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn).
- 3+ years working in a B2B technology marketing role.
- Proven ability to analyse and enhance campaign performance.
- Experience maintaining, optimising and refreshing websites for lead conversion and user experience.
- Proficient with Google Suite: Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience in managing websites on WordPress.
- Proven experience using web analytics and tracking tools - Google Analytics, SEMrush, HotJar.
- Proficient in Salesforce & Pardot.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Self-starter, with a drive to succeed.
- Experience working with technical teams to get technical outcomes.
- Experienced in managing digital agencies.

**Your desirable skills & experience**:

- Strong project management skills.
- Experience using RevSlider.
- Experience with GA4.
- Basic design skills using Adobe Suite or Canva.
