**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main technical contact for onboarding and supporting platform partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer expectations.
- Achieve first contact resolution, streamline onboarding processes, and implement best practices.
- Advocate for new tools, best practices, and methodologies while upholding high service standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational two-week schedule:
**Week 1**:

- Monday: Off
- Tuesday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Off

**Week 2**:

- Monday to Wednesday: Off
- Thursday to Friday: 4pm - 8pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 12pm - 8pm (On Call Remote)
