**About the role**

Manage the daily operations and activities of the People & Culture Support Hub consisting of a team of five People & Culture Officers. The Support Hub provides generalist HR advice, systems administration, compliance support and other related advice to internal stakeholders and managers. This role is responsible for leading the team to ensure these activities are allocated and completed in an efficient and effective manner. This role has a focus on finding efficiencies and best practice solutions.

**Key responsibilities**
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in HR processes
- Lead the prioritization and triaging of requests and activities to ensure that the most pressing matters are addressed in a timely manner
- Actively engage with key stakeholders to provide professional advice and support, while also driving the implementation of strategic P&C initiatives
- Collaborate with other teams within the People & Culture department to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to process improvement
- Stay up-to-date on relevant HR standards, legislation, and practices to ensure compliance and best practices in the organization.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in data to drive process improvement efforts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders and present recommendations
- Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of leading teams to identify and implement changes effectively
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members in process improvement and HR best practices
- Knowledge of HR standards, legislation, and practices to ensure compliance and provide professional advice and support to stakeholders
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others to drive process improvement initiatives forward
- Project management skills to lead the prioritization and triaging of requests and activities
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and risks as they arise
