This is a 12 month contract.

**You’ll make an impact by**:

- Working collaboratively with the DX team, Optimisation, Marketing, Brand and delivery teams to deliver creative solutions to digital design problems, design graphic user interface elements and champion the successful implementation of UX/UI best practices and principles across our digital platform

**Do things differently with us**

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- You design for multiple devices using responsive design principles, usability standards, accessibility and customer centric design
- You leverage and actively contribute to our Design System, ensuring that we design consistently and efficiently, while evolving with our customer and market needs.
- You translate wireframes into engaging user interfaces, you integrate the latest standards in interaction design and trends in visual design
- You ensure that our designs meet the appropriate accessibility guidelines, and work closely with our development teams to translate this into the delivered product.
- You create UI deliverables and conduct heuristic reviews of existing interfaces, proactively developing recommendations for the ongoing optimisation of Great Southern Bank’s digital channels.
- You interact with business owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate designs to delivery teams
- You are a master of all things Figma, and adept at using other design and animation tools, including Adobe CC.
- You actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of design and team processes.
