**About The Role**

Join Anglicare as a Digital Marketing Manager and use your skills to make a difference in the lives of families across greater Sydney.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join the Community and Mission team at Anglicare, reporting to the General Manager Business Development. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and fundraising strategies that help clients access our services and enable our supporters to give generously.

In this role you will create engaging digital campaigns to enable us to reach more people and grow our impact. You will have full accountability for all digital channels, with support from our digital agency. And, you will champion the digital experience of our clients and donors, using your analysis and insight to optimise digital journeys and website performance in partnership with our Website Product Owner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Inspiring digital innovation by sharing customer insights and digital trends, informed through social listening and user behaviour tools.
- Creating digital personas and user journeys to inspire easier, more compelling digital experiences for our clients and supporters.
- Leading digital marketing and fundraising campaigns from inception to delivery, from analysis to optimisation.
- Partnering with our Content Manager to create and publish digital content across multiple formats, including managing website and social content.

**About You**
- Broad digital marketing experience that shows your skill and passion, including experience in digital campaigning, CMS, CRMs, eDMs, social media and analytics.
- Adaptable and agile, with a growth mindset and a hunger to embrace the new.
- Action orientated with a drive for achieving outstanding results.
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
