**The Role**:

- Meeting & greeting clients
- Directing calls
- Customer service
- Ensure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clients
- Stationary orders
- Assisting with listing properties via different channels and property marketing
- Ensuring all insurances and certifications are up to date
- Processing agency agreements and property files
- Process exchanges

**Skills and experience**
- Computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office
- Highly organised
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Must have reception/admin experience
- **NO Real Estate experience is required**
