Our client is a super friendly, smaller law firm based in Thornleigh who are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to contribute to their continued success in Conveyancing, Wills & Probate. They offer an amazing package, great work conditions and flexible work arrangements.
You will provide essential support to 1 Solicitor ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of conveyancing matters.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation and drafting of legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
- Manage and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in conveyancing processes to facilitate communication and information exchange.
- Invoices and Billings, Maintain calendars, schedule appointments
- Manage documents from preparation, submissions, recording, filing and archiving.
- Provide general ad hoc administrative support when needed
**Qualifications**:
- Positive mindset, Flexible and willing to wear multiple hats
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, with a focus on conveyancing preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LEAP & PEXA however not necessary.
- Ability to work independently, must be a self starter,
- Prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Previous Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience
