**About the opportunity?**

We have a newly created role within the Brand and Experience team here at HBF. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Go To Market (GTM), the Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the national digital marketing strategy for HBF, driving sustainable growth through a best in class go to market plan, and managing the performance of the digital marketing ecosystem.

The role will:

- Drive the overall quality, vision, innovation, strategy, and execution of the digital marketing roadmap for HBF Group, providing oversight of the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI and expand the marketing technologies used to deliver HBF Group digital marketing strategy.
- Provide insight on digital media trends and innovation in the shifting digital marketing landscape with respect to new platforms and technologies that will enhance capability and support delivery of member value proposition.
- Work collaboratively across the team and broader business to share insights and be an integral part of the marketing planning process.
- Partner with Content & Social Manager to develop the digital content strategy and publish content across multiple formats.
