**About the Responsibilities**
- Processing orders and managing loan kit bookings
- Entering bookings and keeping accurate records on SAP
- Sourcing and dispatching consignment equipment to customers
- Tracking and managing inventory levels - escalating out of stock risks as required
- Supporting and promoting continuous improvement initiatives

**About You**
- **Background in Supply Chain or Logistics, with strong customer support experience preferably within medical devices**:

- **Flexible availability to provide after hours on-call support to customers**:

- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, and good working knowledge of ERM systems, ideally SAP
- Solutions focused and process driven, highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Autonomous, with a strong work ethic, and superior communication and interpersonal skills
