**Provide end to end administrative support to the consulting practice within the Occupational Health program and work for an international leader in health and security risk management.**
**About the role**:
As an Administrative Officer you shall be responsible for the administrative support including execution of logistics around education webinars and other client consulting activities. Key responsibilities:
- Plan, facilitate and keep a tracker of all webinars
- Coordination of booking processes between client and third party providers
- Generating weekly reports, monitoring case progression
- Assist consultants with PPT finessing and design
- Liaise with client to align on webinar content
- Handle billing and invoices
- Develop and maintain regular contact and information sharing with colleagues
- Update project listings in collaboration with Sales teams, Finance and consultants

**About you**:
- IT literate and proficient in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Outlook and Word and Excel
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual team
- Experience in client-facing project preparation and delivery in a healthcare capacity
- Previous experience within healthcare (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Experience in dealing with third-party provided service
