Logistics Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled individual who has experience in coordinating projects and supporting teams, preferably within logistics. This Federal government client is based in Barton, but the project team looks after teams that are based in over 70 locations across Australia, some remote. You will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

The main duties of this role include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholder in all 70 locations
- organise transport and accommodation for travelling staff in accordance with relevant travel policies
- Liaise with stakeholders and third parties to organise site access, building access, inductions and passes
- Verify and process reimbursement claims for travelling staff
- Assist the Logistics Manager to execute deployment and return of equipment to and from Canberra
- Provide a high level of customer service for the agency and external suppliers
- Assist the project team as required

If you have the ability to perform the above duties, have impeccable attention to detail and have worked with remote teams including management, previously, then this could be the role for you

A current Baseline clearance is
**essential **for this role. This position is due for a commencement in late March 2023.
