**Systems Support Officer - Data Analyst**

Infinite Consulting is seeking a motivated Systems Support Officer - Data Analyst for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is a 12 months initial contract with further extension options up to 2x12 months

**About the Role**:
As the Systems Support Officer - Data Analyst, you will work within the security division providing ongoing sustainment of Client’s new security equipment systems. You will manage and undertake duties required to prepare data for the implementation and ongoing sustainment of Client’s new security equipment and systems. These duties include:

- Interpretation, analysis, and extraction of data from multiple sources, relevant to existing security measures.
- Input data and maintain data integrity within the security measures interim database.
- Undertake data cleansing and testing to prepare data for migration.
- Assist with data mapping and migration of data to the new system.
- Provide business system support and administrative duties during the initial product release and transition to ‘business as usual’ operations.
- Monitoring and reporting to maintain data integrity including updates to records through their lifecycle from delivery, installation, maintenance, and planned end of life replacement.
- Assist with triage and processing of service requests including administrative tasks relating to access and use of the system itself.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience extracting and analysing data from a variety of systems.
- Experience analysing and interpreting building plans and other technical documentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Engage and maintain strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders and staff across Client’s global network.
- A track record in delivering exceptional standards of client service and support using a service management tool to prioritise, record and action work activities.

**Submission Requirements**:
Initial term: 12 months

Extension: 2x12 Months

Clearance: Australian Citizens with current NV2 Clearance
