We have several requests for Project roles (Officer to Mid-Level) throughout State Government for an immediate start.

These roles up to 3-6 month duration.

Some of the projects will involve an element of some high level initiatives throughout the departments, including:

- Develop, agree and deliver scope
- Manage scope, schedule, and dependencies to achieve project deliverables
- Develop and maintain a schedule in Microsoft Project, including reporting the schedule
- Manage risk, issues and escalation as required
- Report on the project progress and manage any changes to the plan
- Meetings and workshops - coordinate activities, develop presentation materials; facilitate workshops; and document outcomes
- Ensure the appropriate governance disciplines are observed
- Develop and maintain effective working relations with project colleagues, stakeholders and vendors involved in the project

Skills and Experience
- Project Management certification or similar.
- 3 years or more experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent people management and communication skills including the ability to manage different stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with high level ability to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- MS Project skills
- Previous experience in Migrating to the Cloud is desirable.
- Be able to identify, analyse and conceptualise problems to formulate and execute appropriate solutions and present high level written reports.
- Prince 2/PMI or other project management methodology

Essential
- Current police check and 3 - 4 Covid Vaccination certificate to be cleared if successful.
