**Help shape the future of children in our care**

As our highly valued Property Coordinator based at our Kedron office, you’ll be vital to ensuring our centres are well maintained and in excellent condition.
You’ll enjoy working from home two days per week, a monthly ADO (Accrued Day Off), and flexible start and finish times, creating a work environment that empowers you to achieve a fulfilling work-life balance.

**You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by**:

- Liaising with landlords and managing the C&K vehicle fleet.
- Managing a C&K property portfolio to ensure all leases are up to date.
- Processing maintenance request and insurance claims.

You’ll be an experience professional or you might be a fresh face to the industry who is willing to learn and grow with a purpose-led organisation. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these - we will cover the cost of both)
- Operational experience, preferably working within the areas of property or facilities.
- Knowledge of legislative policies and procedures as it relates to building codes or an ability to acquire this knowledge where necessary.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with maintenance software is desirable
- Ability to travel.
- Work in collaboration with and assist the team, manager, and other key stakeholders to achieve business unit goals.
