Sorted Customer Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Sorted Customer Manager - 9 Month FTC - Mat Cover **who will be responsible for driving adoption of a new technology recently released to our customers.
The role will involve the leadership and development of the Retailer & Supplier Onboarding and Support Teams. This will include active management of the customer adoption pipeline, maintaining the adoption schedule, regularly reporting progress to the Business Owner and PMO and resolving risks that could delay adoption.
**What you’ll do**
- To lead the Retailer & Supplier Onboarding and Support teams
- To lead the conversion of all Retailers & Suppliers from legacy Charge Through to Sorted.
- To lead the ongoing
- “customer-care” of all parties using the Sorted platform.
- To create and lead a highly organised and customer centric workflow process for Customer adoption and issue management.
- The role will have a strong focus on day to day deliverables (conversion/ customer issue mgt) as well as driving strategic design of the platform and it’s services going forward.
- Highly engaged plans / network with Operational/Channels teams (Nationally and State based).
- Identify and resolve risks and issues with adoption
- Assist with change management activities upon deployment of bug fixes & enhancements
**What you’ll bring**
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Learning & Development role and 5 years of experience in Operational Leadership roles.
- Retail and Wholesale experience is required
- E-commerce experience is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience with working on both the Implementation & BAU side of a project
- Experience in working within a structured framework
- Experience in supporting customers through change of an IT project
