**Core Talent** is an Australian owned specialist recruitment consultancy covering Engineering, Rail, Mining, Construction and Manufacturing across Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced **HSE Administrator** to join our client's team to support them across their project across WA.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HSE Management System software
- Management and processing of training certificates
- Supporting document control processes relating to the HSE Management System
- Preparation of HSE presentation material and periodical reports
- Collection of HSE data and statistics for HSE reporting
- Supporting the HSE and Compliance team to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc HSE administration duties
- Support the team with other adhoc duties

**To be considered for the role**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail
- Tertiary qualification in WHS or currently studying - **Advantageous**:

- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks with conflicting deadlines
- intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills to enable you to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Can pass a pre-employment medical
