Mitsui E&P Australia Pty Ltd (MEPAU) is a leading energy company in Australasia. We’re a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and operate as the regional oil and gas exploration and production headquarters for Mitsui in Australia. We have interests in approximately 30 projects of various exploration/development stages and a rapidly growing operator presence in the Perth Basin.

We’re seeking an **HSE Administrator **to support our Corporate HSE team, joining our growing Perth office team of experienced professionals on a **part-time basis**.

Reporting to the Head of HSE, you will:

- Administrative support to the Head of HSES and Corporate HSE function
- Provide INX and other HSE related software administrator support and basic user training.
- Collation of Health and Safety statistics and preparation of documents for end of month (EOM) reports
- Provide data analysis and reporting where required for HSE team including the maintenance of KPI dashboards.
- Collate and track HSE calendar and associated initiatives.
- Support with HSE meetings and communications, including preparing and distribution of notices, agendas, and minutes

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll require the following skills and experience:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Well organised with a strong ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to team projects
- High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Proficiency in the INX information management system (Highly desirable) or equivalent HSE information management systems
- Strong data recording, database and systems understanding and analysing skills
