The Onboarding Lead is responsible for designing, building and executing the onboarding process for new Campers (that’s what we call our employees) with a focus on creating an unforgettable experience that supports new hires over their first year of employment. Supported by two Onboarding Coordinators, you will create targeted programs for different audiences that shine a spotlight on our culture and values to drive new hire retention and engagement. You will create alignment by working with various stakeholders across the organisation to connect the dots between the organisation and departmental onboarding processes.

- You will_
- Lead a team of Onboarding Coordinators to deliver a seamless, integrated and impactful onboarding experience for our new Campers
- Work collaboratively to design and implement an onboarding journey that fosters a strong sense of belonging and brings our culture and values to life
- Partner closely with business unit enablement teams to ensure Campers have the resources and experiences to ramp quickly and effectively, reducing time to productivity
- Design and facilitate virtual and in-person onboarding experiences
- Use feedback to drive continuous improvement in the onboarding experience
- You have_
- A degree in human resources, org psych or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in onboarding and / or learning and development
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that see you quickly build strong and trusted relationships across all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
- Project management skills
